Placement and Schedules. During the term of this Agreement Employees shall advance on the compensation schedule on their anniversary date. The attached pay schedules shall be effective as of December 1, 2014 and any pay increases shall be effective on that date. There shall be no other pay increases during the term of this Agreement.
