Placement and Schedules. Effective upon the execution of this Agreement, covered members in the bargaining units shall be placed on the appropriate compensation chart using their number of years of service from the date of placement in service in their respective bargaining units. During the term of this Agreement, covered members shall then advance on the compensation schedule on their respective anniversary dates.
