Common use of Place of Performance Clause in Contracts

Place of Performance. If SELLER intends to change the place of performance of Work under this Contract from the place(s) identified in SELLER’s proposal, SELLER shall provide prior written notice to LOCKHEED XXXXXX. Notification of changes to the place of performance from within the United States to a location outside the United States shall be provided by SELLER to LOCKHEED XXXXXX at least six months in advance.

Place of Performance. If SELLER intends to change the place of performance of Work under this Contract from the place(s) identified in SELLER’s proposal, SELLER shall provide prior written advance notice to LOCKHEED XXXXXX. Notification of changes to the place of performance from within the United States Kingdom to a location outside the United States Kingdom shall be provided by SELLER to LOCKHEED XXXXXX at least six months in advance.

Place of Performance. If SELLER intends to change the place of performance of Work under this Contract from the place(s) identified in SELLER’s proposal, SELLER shall provide prior written advance notice to LOCKHEED XXXXXX. Notification of changes to the place of performance from within the United States to a location outside the United States Canada shall be provided by SELLER to LOCKHEED XXXXXX at least six months in advance.

If SELLER intends to change the place of performance of Work under this Contract from the place(s) identified in SELLER’s proposal, SELLER shall provide prior written notice to LOCKHEED XXXXXXVETERANS TRADING COMPANY. Notification of changes to the place of performance from within the United States to a location outside the United States shall be provided by SELLER to LOCKHEED XXXXXX VETERANS TRADING COMPANY at least six months in advance.

If SELLER intends to change the place of performance of Work under this Contract from the place(s) identified in SELLER’s proposal, SELLER shall provide prior written advance notice to LOCKHEED XXXXXX. Notification of changes to the place of performance from within the United States to a location outside the United States New Zealand shall be provided by SELLER to LOCKHEED XXXXXX at least six months in advance.

Notification of changes to the place of performance from within the United States to a location outside the United States shall be provided by SELLER to LOCKHEED XXXXXX BUYER at least six months in advance.

Place of Performance. If SELLER intends to change the place of performance of Work under this Contract from the place(s) identified in SELLER’s proposal, SELLER shall provide prior written notice to LOCKHEED XXXXXX. Notification of changes to the place of performance from within the United States to a location outside the United States original Country as set forth in the Purchase Order, Contract documentation, Task Order, or Statement of Work associated with where SELLER is to perform this Contract shall be provided by SELLER to LOCKHEED XXXXXX at least six months in advance.
