Place of Meeting; Telephonic Meetings. Meetings of the Committee shall be held in the Detroit, Michigan metropolitan area as designated in the notice of meeting. Meetings of the Committee may be held through any communications equipment or other technology if all persons participating can hear each other, and such participation in a meeting shall be considered presence at the meeting for all purposes, including Section 9.8.
