Common use of PLACE OF EXECUTION Clause in Contracts

PLACE OF EXECUTION. The execution of this Agreement shall be completed only upon its execution by the Promoter through its authorized signatory at the Promoter's Office, or at some other place, which may be mutually agreed between the Promoter and the Allottee, in after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee and the Promoter or simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the office of the Additional District Sub-Registrar, Belghoria, North 24 Parganas. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

The execution of this Agreement shall be completed only upon its execution by the Promoter through its their authorized signatory signatories at the Office of the Promoter's Office, or at some such other place, which as may be mutually agreed between decided by the Promoter and the AllotteePromoter, in Kolkata, 24 Paraganas (North) after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee and the Promoter or simultaneously with the execution of the said Agreement shall be registered at the office having jurisdiction to register such documents in respect of the Additional District Sub-Registrar, Belghoria, North 24 Parganassaid unit. Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at KolkataSiliguri.

Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at Kolkata.

Hence this Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed at KolkataSouth 24 Parganas.
