Common use of Physician Personnel Clause in Contracts

Physician Personnel. Practice Manager shall have sole responsibility for determining the salaries and providing fringe benefits, and for withholding, as required by law, any sums for income tax, unemployment insurance, social security, or any other withholding required by applicable law or governmental requirement for all employees, including physician-employees and consultants. If any physician-employee/consultant does not meet ACR, JCAHO or Hospital medical staff requirements, or is not Board Certified in his/her field of speciality, then Practice Manager may remove or refuse to hire that physician. Likewise, Practice Manager may take action to remove a physician for the following reasons:
