Common use of Physical Exam Clause in Contracts

During the term of the Executive’s employment, the Company shall reimburse the Executive for all costs associated with Executive’s physical exam at the C▇▇▇▇▇ Clinic or a similar facility; provided, that the Executive shall only be reimbursed for the costs of one such exam during each calendar year.
