The reference to “Physical certificates, if issued, shall be signed by, or bear the facsimile signature of, the Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Secretary or other principal officer of the Company.” in subsection 2.3.1 of the Existing Warrant Agreement is hereby deleted and replaced with “Physical certificates shall be signed by, or bear the facsimile signatures of, a Director and a second Director or the Secretary of the Company.”.
