Common use of Photo Stream Clause in Contracts

By using the Photo Stream feature of iCloud, you agree that Apple may store photos uploaded from your computer or taken on your Apple-branded device for a limited period of time and automatically send the photos to your other computers or Apple-branded devices that are Photo Stream-enabled.
