Phone Tree. An automatic phone tree cannot have more than two 29 options, such as: 30 1. speaking to an operator in Spanish (English being the default, which the 31 caller does not have to choose), or 32 2. indicating if the caller is a residential or commercial customer. 33 34 (ii) Answer Time. Franchisee will answer all incoming calls as follows: 35 1. 90% by a live operator within 15 seconds or 3 rings, or 36 2. giving the caller the option of leaving a voice mail message.
