Common use of Phone/Data Line Clause in Contracts

Phone/Data Line. Customer shall properly maintain, pay for and provide access to the necessary phone, computer, or other communication lines necessary to permit Provider to record the electrical output of the System for the entire Term.

Phone/Data Line. Customer Provider shall properly maintain, maintain and pay for and provide access to the necessary phone, computer, or other communication lines necessary to permit Provider to record the electrical output of the System for the entire Term.Term as described on Exhibit D.

Phone/Data Line.
