Common use of Phased Construction Clause in Contracts

Phased Construction. The Construction Manager shall make recommendations to the Owner and Architect/Engineer regarding the phased issuance of Project Plans and Specifications to facilitate phased construction of the Work, if such phased construction is appropriate for the Project, taking into consideration such factors as economies, time of performance, availability of labor and materials, and provisions for temporary facilities.

Phased Construction.
