Fast-Track Methods. Contractor represents to Owner that it has experience and expertise in fast-track construction and management practices. As such, Contractor acknowledges, agrees, and will actively participate in project planning, that may necessitate preparation, issuance, and analysis of a number of bid packages in excess of that which is ordinarily required in non-fast-track construction projects.
