PHASE I RENT Sample Clauses
PHASE I RENT. (a) Lessee shall pay the rent required to be paid to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ I under the Phase I Lease until the earlier of: (i) the Effective Date of an Assignment; or (ii) fifteen (15) months AFTER SEPTEMBER 1, 1999.
(b) Commencing fifteen (15) months AFTER SEPTEMBER 1, 1999, if the Effective Date of an Assignment shall not have occurred, and no default by Lessee under the Phase III Lease, or event which with notice or the passage of time would be a default by Lessee under the Phase III Lease, shall have occurred, then ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ shall pay and perform all obligations of Lessee to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ I under the Phase I Lease, accruing from and after such date and continuing until the Effective Date of an Assignment.
PHASE I RENT. Tenant shall pay to Landlord, commencing on the Commencement Date (“Rent Commencement Date”), for and until the Termination Date, the sum of [REDACTED]* per annum (the “Phase I Rent”), payable in equal monthly installments of [REDACTED]*.
