CIVIL DESIGN/DOCUMENTATION Services consisting of preparation of final civil engineering calculations, Drawings and Specifications based on approved Design Development documents, setting forth indetail the civil construction requirements for the Project.
CIVIL DESIGN/DOCUMENTATION Services. The Consultant shall perform Civil Design/Documentation Services consisting of development of conceptual design solutions for: on-site utility systems; fire protection system; drainage systems, waste water treatment and disposal; general site work, general site grading, paving, and other general civil engineering design functions. These Services shall also include, but are not limited to, the following:
a. Site plan with buildings and all physical features and facilities located and overall grading plan with a minimum of one foot contour lines
b. All major on-Site and off-Site utilities including tie-in points, size and configurations
CIVIL DESIGN/DOCUMENTATION Services. These Services shall consist of further development of conceptual design solutions for: on-site utility systems; fire protection system; drainage systems, waste water treatment and disposal; general site work, general site grading, paving, and other general civil engineering design functions.
