Phase 1 Trials. Each Phase 1 Trial will be conducted in accordance with the applicable Phase 1 Trial Design set forth in the applicable Development Plan. Isis will keep Biogen Idec informed of the progress and status of each Phase 1 Trial. When Isis [***] a Phase 1 Trial, Isis will notify Biogen Idec in writing within 30 days. Isis will provide Biogen Idec with the data generated under the [***] for such Phase 1 Trial as soon as practicable after such notice.
