Phase 1 Trials Sample Clauses

Phase 1 Trials. Each Phase 1 Trial will be conducted in accordance with the applicable Phase 1 Trial Design set forth in the applicable Initial Development Plan. (i) At meetings of the applicable Neurology JDC and at other times as appropriate, Ionis will keep Biogen informed of the progress and status of each Phase 1 Trial conducted by Ionis. When [***] under a Phase 1 Trial, Ionis will notify Biogen in writing of such [***] within [***] days of the conclusion of such Phase 1 Trial. Ionis will provide Biogen with the data generated under the [***] for such Phase 1 Trial as soon as practicable after such notice. (ii) If Biogen conducts a Phase 1 Trial for a Collaboration Program, including an ALS Collaboration Program or a Biogen Conducted Non-ALS Collaboration Program, at meetings of the applicable Neurology JDC and at other times as appropriate, Biogen will keep Ionis informed of the progress and status of such Phase 1 Trial.
