Technical and Organizational Measures The following sections define SAP’s current technical and organizational measures. SAP may change these at any time without notice so long as it maintains a comparable or better level of security. Individual measures may be replaced by new measures that serve the same purpose without diminishing the security level protecting Personal Data.
Due Incorporation and Organization The Adviser is duly organized and is in good standing under the laws of the State of Connecticut and is fully authorized to enter into this Agreement and carry out its duties and obligations hereunder.

Professional Organizations During the Term, Executive shall be reimbursed by the Company for the annual dues payable for membership in professional societies associated with subject matter related to the Company's interests. Appropriate Technical and Organizational Measures SAP has implemented and will apply the technical and organizational measures set forth in Appendix 2. Customer has reviewed such measures and agrees that as to the Cloud Service selected by Customer in the Order Form the measures are appropriate taking into account the state of the art, the costs of implementation, nature, scope, context and purposes of the processing of Personal Data.

Project Organization Chart As part of the Mini-Bid, the Authorized User may require the Contractor to develop and submit a proposed project organization chart. If required, the project organization chart must include both Contractor and State staff roles as identified in the Mini-Bid.
PERSONNEL DISCLOSURE 25 25.1 CONTRACTOR shall make available to ADMINISTRATOR a current list of 26 all personnel providing services hereunder, including résumés and job 27 applications. Changes to the list will be immediately provided to 28 ADMINISTRATOR in writing, along with a copy of a résumé and/or job 1 application. The list shall include:
Certification Regarding Business with Certain Countries and Organizations Pursuant to Subchapter F, Chapter 2252, Texas Government Code, PROVIDER certifies it is not engaged in business with Iran, Sudan, or a foreign terrorist organization. PROVIDER acknowledges this Purchase Order may be terminated if this certification is or becomes inaccurate.
