Personal Time Off (PTO). Executive shall be entitled to PTO that the Company may offer to similarly situated employees from time to time. Nothing in this Agreement shall prohibit the Company from modifying or terminating its PTO plan in a manner that does not discriminate between Executive and other Company employees.
