Common use of Personal Information Privacy Clause in Contracts

Personal Information Privacy. Purchaser shall at all times comply with all Laws governing the protection of personal information with respect to Personal Information disclosed or otherwise provided to Purchaser by Vendor or the Corporation under this Agreement. Purchaser shall only collect, use or disclose such Personal Information for the purposes of investigating the Corporation and the Business as contemplated in this Agreement and completing the transactions contemplated in this Agreement. Purchaser shall safeguard all Personal Information collected from Vendor or the Corporation in a manner consistent with the degree of sensitivity of the Personal Information and maintain the security and integrity of the Personal Information. Purchaser shall not make copies of the Personal Information or any excerpts thereof or in any way recreate the substance or contents of the Personal Information if the purchase of the Shares is not completed for any reason and shall return all Personal Information to Vendor or destroy such Personal Information at Vendor’s request.

The Purchaser shall not make copies of the Personal Information or any excerpts thereof or in any way recreate re-create the substance or contents of the Personal Information if the purchase of the Shares Purchased Assets is not completed for any reason and shall return all Personal Information to the Vendor Parties or destroy such Personal Information at Vendora Vendor Party’s request.

The Purchaser shall not make any copies of the Personal Information or any excerpts thereof or in any way recreate re-create the substance or contents of the Personal Information if the purchase of the Shares Purchase is not completed for any reason and shall return all Personal Information to Vendor the Corporation or destroy such Personal Information at Vendorthe Corporation’s request.

The Purchaser shall not make any copies of the Personal Information or any excerpts thereof or in any way recreate re-create the substance or contents of the Personal Information if the purchase of the Shares Transaction is not completed for any reason and shall return all Personal Information to Vendor the Vendors or destroy such Personal Information at Vendor’s the Vendors’ request.

Purchaser shall safeguard all Personal Information collected from Vendor Vendors or the Corporation Company in a manner consistent with the degree of sensitivity of the Personal Information and maintain at all times the security and integrity of the Personal Information. Purchaser shall not make copies of the Personal Information or any excerpts thereof or in any way recreate the substance or contents of the Personal Information if the purchase of the Shares is not completed for any reason and shall return all Personal Information to Vendor Vendors or destroy such Personal Information at Vendor’s request.
