Common use of Personal Appointment Clause in Contracts

Personal Appointment. An employee shall make every possible effort to arrange personal, medical and dental appointments during off duty hours. If an employee is unable to arrange such an appointment during off duty hours, and if the employee has accumulated overtime or banked hours, he/she may use such hours for an appointment. If he/she does not have accumulated overtime or banked hours, he/she may work the necessary compensating time in the future to make up the time not worked.
