Common use of Permittee Rights; No Agency Clause in Contracts

Permittee Rights; No Agency. This Permit does not grant the Permittee any rights to vehicle parking, equipment storage space, or any other rights in or for any land or space on the Airport, except as provided under Section F.3 hereof, as to Permittee’s right to common use facilities and ingress and egress, nor does this Permit constitute the Permittee as the agent, partner, joint venturer, or representative of the County for any purpose whatsoever.
