Common use of Permits and Regulations Clause in Contracts

Permits and Regulations. Subcontractor shall procure at its own expense all necessary permits and licenses except those stated in the specifications to be obtained by the Owner. Subcontractor shall observe and abide by all applicable laws, Federal, State and any subdivision thereof, and by all rules and regulations of any other regulatory body in connection with any and all work to be performed hereunder. Upon completion, Subcontractor shall deliver to Contractor such permits, licenses, certificates and other authorization.
