Permits and Regulations. LES is an administrative agency of the City of Lincoln and, as such, may not be subject to or required to obtain certain permits or have inspections made of all or a certain portion of the Work. Contractor shall coordinate with the Contract Owner in regard to the necessity for obtaining any such permits and/or inspections and shall take direction from the Contract Owner and abide by decisions of LES in regard thereto.
Permits and Regulations. Licensee shall be responsible for securing any required approvals, permits and authorizations from any federal, state or local agencies and shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Permits and Regulations. Subcontractor shall procure at its own expense all necessary permits and licenses except those stated in the specifications to be obtained by the Owner. Subcontractor shall observe and abide by all applicable laws, Federal, State and any subdivision thereof, and by all rules and regulations of any other regulatory body in connection with any and all work to be performed hereunder. Upon completion, Subcontractor shall deliver to Contractor such permits, licenses, certificates and other authorization.
Permits and Regulations. Before commencing the SOW, Contractor shall procure all necessary building permits and comply with all the laws, ordinances, codes and regulations now or hereafter in effect promulgated by any State, or local governmental agency relating the performance of the SOW herein. Contractor agrees to indemnify Corporation from liability or penalty which might be imposed by reason of an asserted violation of such laws, ordinances, codes and regulations. On completion of the SOW, Contractor shall submit to Corporation original Certificates of Inspection and Acceptance, as applicable.
Permits and Regulations. Before commencing work, Supplier shall supply or obtain all necessary building permits and other necessary permits and licenses. If Supplier is unable to procure necessary permits, PACCAR may (a) cancel the Contract without any liability whatsoever, or (b) procure the permits with the costs to be deducted from the Contract Sum. Supplier shall comply with all standards and regulations of the Occupational Safety & Health Administration.
Permits and Regulations. Contractor is responsible for meeting all applicable federal, state or local permits for Work occurring off the MPTN Reservation. For Work performed within the boundaries of the MPTN Reservation Contractor shall obtain MPTN permits and shall conform to MPTN regulations. These include permits from MPTN Land Use and XXXXX regulations (see the MPTN Procurement Home Page, Specifications and References: XXXXX/Land Use Requirements). Contractor represents and warrants that it will comply with all lawful orders of the Land Use and XXXXX representatives
Permits and Regulations. During the course of performance of the Work Order, it may become necessary for the Subcontractor to obtain permits for work deemed necessary and proper to complete the work, which permits were not adequately or properly anticipated by the Subcontractor in its estimate and/or bid. Subcontractor agrees, at its expense, to obtain and pay for all additional necessary permits, fees, and licenses pertaining to the Work Order and agrees to comply with all federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, building codes and rules and regulations, and the Board of Fire Underwriters. Subcontractor shall provide PKMG copies of all permits, fee invoices, licenses, and any other document demonstrating compliance with this Section within 24 hours of Subcontractor’s receipt of the same. The procurement of permits and licenses and payment of fees provided for in this Section shall be at the sole expense of Subcontractor, and will not be reimbursed by PKMG unless previously agreed upon in writing and identified in the Work Order.
Permits and Regulations. 7.1 The Village and the Fire Department agree to secure and pay for all licenses and permits necessary to perform and render the services set forth above.

Before commencing the performance of any work, Contractor shall procure all necessary building permits for the erection of permanent structures, all other permits and licenses as may be necessary, and before and during the progress of work under this Contract, give all notices and comply with all laws, ordinances, codes, rules and regulations of every kind and nature now or hereafter in effect promulgated by any Federal, State, County, or other Governmental authority, including the City, relating to the performance of work under this Contract.
Permits and Regulations. The Water Main Contractor shall obtain and pay for all permits necessary to conduct the work and complete this contract. Work shall be performed in strict accordance with the regulations and requirements of the various civil agencies having jurisdiction. Upon completion of the work provided for in this Contract, and before final payment shall be made, the Contractor shall furnish the Engineer with any necessary certificates of approval issued by these various agencies.
