Common use of Permit Fee Clause in Contracts

Permit Fee. As compensation for the benefits and privileges granted under this Agreement and in consideration of permission to use Grantor's Streets, Grantee shall pay as a Permit fee to Grantor, a one-time payment in the amount of $ 200.00 (fee determined based on review of project), due prior to issuance of the Permit.
