Permissible Use and Restrictions. (a) The Leased Premises shall be continuously occupied and used solely for general recreational athletics, office space and ancillary related uses and for no other purpose without Landlord’s prior written consent, and may be used for special events, conventions, trade shows as scheduled by Tenant and Landlord.

  • Limitations and Restrictions A. Deduction of Rollovers and Transfers – A deduction is not allowed for rollover or transfer contributions.
