Time, Permanent Part-Time, Term and Labour Service Employees A) The Employer agrees to prepare and provide to the Union a seniority roster for all employees calculated to the end of the pay period that includes March 31st of each year. B) A seniority roster by ministry shall be distributed to all work places and made accessible to all employees by May 15th of each year.
