Perishable Foods. Perishable (refrigerated) foods such as milk, string cheese and yogurt, fruit juice cups, fresh pre-packaged fruits (apple slices), and fresh pre-packaged vegetables (carrots, celery) MUST be refrigerated.
Perishable Foods. No Vendor shall offer for sale perishable food unless it is held at a temperature below 4oC. Examples of perishable foods include: cheese, milk, poultry, sauces, spreads, salsa, antipasto, meats, perogies, cabbage rolls, etc. Also included are baked goods such as sausage rolls, cheesecake and cream or pumpkin pies. All meat must be stamped, tagged, or otherwise labelled as being inspected. All milk and any milk products used as ingredients must be pasteurized unless the cheese production process has been approved by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA). Vendors pasteurizing their own milk shall produce a Certificate of Registration number issued by the Dairy Quality Section of Alberta Agriculture and/or meet the requirements of the Food and Drug Act, Health Canada.

  • Food Service Waste Reduction Requirements Contractor shall comply with the Food Service Waste Reduction Ordinance, as set forth in San Francisco Environment Code Chapter 16, including but not limited to the remedies for noncompliance provided therein.

  • Health Care Accountability Ordinance If Administrative Code Chapter 12Q applies to this contract, Contractor shall comply with the requirements of Chapter 12Q. For each Covered Employee, Contractor shall provide the appropriate health benefit set forth in Section 12Q.3 of the HCAO. If Contractor chooses to offer the health plan option, such health plan shall meet the minimum standards set forth by the San Francisco Health Commission. Information about and the text of the Chapter 12Q, as well as the Health Commission’s minimum standards, is available on the web at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/olse/hcao. Contractor is subject to the enforcement and penalty provisions in Chapter 12Q. Any Subcontract entered into by Contractor shall require any Subcontractor with 20 or more employees to comply with the requirements of the HCAO and shall contain contractual obligations substantially the same as those set forth in this Section.

  • Waste Borrower shall not commit or suffer any waste of the Property or make any change in the use of the Property which will in any way materially increase the risk of fire or other hazard arising out of the operation of the Property, or take any action that might invalidate or give cause for cancellation of any Policy, or do or permit to be done thereon anything that may in any way impair the value of the Property or the security of this Security Instrument. Borrower will not, without the prior written consent of Lender, permit any drilling or exploration for or extraction, removal, or production of any minerals from the surface or the subsurface of the Land, regardless of the depth thereof or the method of mining or extraction thereof.

  • Infectious Diseases The Employer and the Union desire to arrest the spread of infectious diseases in the nursing home. To achieve this objective, the Joint Health and Safety Committee may review and offer input into infection control programs and protocols including surveillance, outbreak control, isolation, precautions, worker education and training, and personal protective equipment. The Employer will provide training and ongoing education in communicable disease recognition, use of personal protective equipment, decontamination of equipment, and disposal of hazardous waste.

  • Infectious Disease The Employer shall provide Bargaining Unit Employees with information about residents' infectious diseases provided that such information does not compromise HIPAA or otherwise infringe upon residents' rights to confidentiality.
