Peripheral Devices Clause Samples

The 'Peripheral Devices' clause defines the rules and responsibilities regarding the use, connection, and support of external devices that interface with a primary system or product. This may include items such as printers, scanners, external drives, or other hardware that connects to a computer or network. The clause typically specifies which party is responsible for providing, maintaining, or ensuring compatibility of these devices. Its core function is to clarify expectations and prevent disputes over support and liability related to peripheral equipment.
Peripheral Devices. In the event that at any given date Microsoft enters into an agreement with a third party which grants such third party a sublicense under the Licensed Patents, as permitted under this Section 2(b), such third party shall not by virtue of such sublicense from Microsoft be excused from such third party's obligations to pay Immersion pursuant to any agreement entered into by Immersion and such third party prior to such date.
Peripheral Devices. A. Manual Stations shall be ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ double action and shall be constructed of high impact, red lexan with raised white lettering and a smooth high gloss finish. The break glass rod station shall have a hinged front with key lock. Stations which utilize screwdrivers, ▇▇▇▇▇ wrenches or other commonly available tools shall not be accepted. Stations shall be keyed alike with the Fire Alarm Control Panel. When the station is operated, the handle shall lock in a protruding manner to facilitate quick visual identification of the activated station. B. Smoke Detectors shall be Photoelectric with type base. Detector design must provide for 360o smoke entry. Detectors shall be listed to UL standard 268 and shall be documented compatible with the control equipment to which it is connected. Detectors shall be listed for this purpose by Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. The Detectors shall obtain their operating power from the Fire Alarm Panel supervised detection loop. The operating voltage shall be 24 VDC (nominal). Removal of the detector head shall interrupt the supervisory circuit of the fire alarm detection loop and cause a trouble signal to be generated at the Control Panel. Each Detector shall have a flashing status indicating LED for visual supervision. When the detector is actuated, the flashing LED will latch on steady and at full brilliance. The detector may be reset by actuating the Control Panel reset switch. C. Automatic Heat Detector shall be rate of rise and fixed temperature type. When the fixed temperature portion is activated, the units shall be non-restorable and give visual evidence of such operation. Heat Detectors shall be Simplex type 2098 135o. D. Bells shall be vibrating. The bells shall be polarized and shall be operated by 24
Peripheral Devices. Devices attached to the AMBA bus currently include two generic models: a wireless network and a digital camera which integrates a local memory tile for data storage. A future target is to connect different camera flows in order to model a parallel surveillance application as a realistic multicore benchmark performing coherent shared memory accesses and DMA operations. Additional work would consider modeling different peripheral devices, such as PCI express, Ethernet bus and USB.
Peripheral Devices. The peripheral screen contains settings and controls for devices that are not directly connected to a single station, are system wide or single devices used across multiple stations. Controls are provided to monitor, calibrate, and/or manually control peripheral devices attached to the machine. Examples of these are (but are not limited to) LVDT systems, Color Sensors, Welders, Force measurements and Weighing systems. Below is an example of the Gantry Peripheral screen. [*]
Peripheral Devices. Alf system components purchased from Protection Technologies shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement. Breach of this Agreement WII result if any peripheral device Is attached to the system, which in the sole discretion of Protection Technologies, interferes with the proper operation of the system, and the Customer does not remove or replace (with a component acceptable to Protection Technologies) such component upon written notice from Protection Technologies.
