Periodic Recruitment. Periodic recruitment of additional Contractors during the term of the Contract is allowed. Recruitment periods are optional at the discretion of the State and will only be utilized if deemed necessary to meet the State’s ongoing requirements. Additional recruitment periods will be advertised in the NYS Contract Reporter. Bids shall be evaluated under the same terms and conditions as the original Bids. Bidders shall also be required to submit necessary documentation for any additional applicable statutory requirements currently in effect at the time of the new Bid Solicitation. Once awarded a Contract, a Contractor may not resubmit a Bid for future consideration. If a Bid is deemed non-responsive during the initial Solicitation or any recruitment period, a Bidder cannot reapply for a future Contract until the next recruitment period. Any Contract(s) awarded under periodic recruitment will commence and terminate as described in Section 2.33, Contract Term.
