Periodic Financial Statements and Other Documents. The Borrower, its Subsidiaries and any SPVs will maintain a system of accounting in such manner as will enable preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP and will furnish to the Lenders and their respective authorized representatives such information about the business and financial condition of the Borrower, its Subsidiaries and any SPVs as any Lender may reasonably request; and, without any request, will furnish to the Administrative Agent:
