Common use of Period of validity Clause in Contracts

Period of validity. The CLA shall enter into force on 1 August 2015. It may be terminated by either of the contracting associations with effect from 31 July respecting a one-year no- xxxx period, for the first time with effect from 31 July 2017. The consequences of the normative provisions of the terminated CLA shall continue for one year after termination of the CLA.
