Common use of Performance Units Clause in Contracts

Performance Units. Unless otherwise provided in this Article III, the Performance Units shall vest on the fifteenth (15th) day of each calendar month, in equal monthly increments, during the period beginning on the Grant Date and ending on December 31, 2016 (the “Performance Cycle”).
