Performance Review Meeting. Performance review meetings shall be held quarterly to review the overall performance of the contractor. The Senior Management of the contractor and Employer shall attend these meetings. Quality Assurance The contractor shall implement a quality system in accordance with ISO standards. The contractor shall develop, in conjunction with the Employer’s representatives, the standards of service to be provided and how performance to be measured and monitored.
