Common use of PERFORMANCE OF THE DEVELOPMENT WORK Clause in Contracts

PERFORMANCE OF THE DEVELOPMENT WORK. Healtheon shall design, develop and complete the Developed Applications. The specifications for each Developed Application shall be developed jointly and mutually approved by the parties. In conjunction with the development of each set of specifications, the parties shall jointly develop a mutually agreeable detailed project plan. Such project plan shall describe, in a degree of detail reasonably satisfactory to the parties, all tasks and responsibilities required for the successful and timely completion of the development and delivery of the applicable Developed Applications.

PERFORMANCE OF THE DEVELOPMENT WORK. Healtheon shall design, develop develop, test, and complete the Developed Applications. The specifications for each Developed Application shall be developed jointly and mutually approved by the parties. In conjunction with the development of each set of specifications, the parties shall jointly develop a mutually agreeable detailed project plan. , which shall be attached hereto as Exhibit B. Such project plan shall describe, in a degree of detail reasonably satisfactory to the parties, all tasks and responsibilities required for the successful and timely completion of the development and delivery of the applicable Developed Applications, including the projected costs.
