PERFORMANCE OF NOTE AND MORTGAGE. The Borrower will perform, observe and comply with all the provisions of this Mortgage, the Note, and any other documents executed by Borrower in favor of Lender, all of which shall be secured hereby and will duly and punctually pay to Lender the sum of money expressed in the Note, with interest and all other sums required to be paid by the Borrower pursuant to the provisions of this Mortgage, without any deductions or credit for taxes or other similar charges paid by the Borrower.

PERFORMANCE OF NOTE AND MORTGAGE. The Mortgagor will perform, observe and comply with all provisions hereof, of the Note secured hereby and any of the other Loan Documents, and will promptly pay to the Mortgagee the sum of money expressed in the Note with interest thereof and all other sums required to be paid by the Mortgagor pursuant to the provisions of the Note and the Mortgage on the day or days when payment shall become due, all without deduction or credit for taxes or other similar charges paid by the Mortgagor, time being of the essence for such payments.
PERFORMANCE OF NOTE AND MORTGAGE. The Mortgagor shall pay or otherwise fully perform its obligations with respect to the payment of all and singular the principal, interest and other sums of money payable by virtue of the Note and this Mortgage, or either, promptly on the days when the same severally become due and payable, and shall perform, comply with and abide by each and every of the stipulations, agreements, conditions and covenants set forth in the Note and this Mortgage.

Any replacement Note so issued shall be in the same outstanding principal amount as this Note and dated the date to which interest shall have been paid on this Note, or if no interest shall have yet been paid, dated the date of this Note.
