Common use of Performance of Duties Clause in Contracts

Performance of Duties. During the Employment Term the Executive will devote his entire business time and attention to the performance of his duties under this Agreement and will serve the Company diligently and to the best of his abilities and will not engage in any other business activity without the prior written approval of the Board of Directors, provided that the Executive may, with the prior approval of the Board of Directors, serve on boards of directors of other corporations or institutions, if such service, in the opinion of the Board of Directors, presents no conflict with the Company.

Performance of Duties.
