Common use of Performance of Duties Clause in Contracts

Performance of Duties. Throughout the Agreement Term, Executive shall faithfully and diligently perform Executive's duties in conformity with the directions of the Company and serve the Company to the best of Executive's ability. Executive shall devote Executive's entire working time, attention and energies to the business and affairs of the Company, subject to vacations and sick leave as provided herein and in accordance with Company policy.

Performance of Duties. Throughout the Agreement Term, Executive shall faithfully and diligently perform Executive's duties in conformity with the directions of the Company and serve the Company to the best of Executive's ability. Executive shall devote Executive's entire working time, attention and energies to the business and affairs of the CompanyCom-pany, subject to vacations and sick leave as provided herein and in accordance with Company policy.

Throughout the Agreement Term, Executive shall agrees to perform Executive’s duties and obligations well and faithfully and diligently perform Executive's duties in conformity with the directions of the Company and serve the Company to the best utmost of Executive's ’s ability. Executive shall agrees to devote Executive's entire working full business time, attention attention, skill and energies effort to the business and affairs performance of the Companyduties and responsibilities the Company may assign from time to time. Executive will also comply with all Company rules, subject to vacations regulations and sick leave as provided herein and in accordance with Company policypolicies.

Executive shall devote Executive's entire working time, attention his full business time and energies best efforts to the business and affairs of the Company, subject to vacations Company (except for vacation periods and sick leave as provided herein and in accordance with Company policyperiods of illness or incapacity).

Throughout the Agreement Term, Executive shall faithfully and diligently perform Executive's duties in conformity with the directions of the Company Board and serve the Company to the best of Executive's ability. Executive shall devote Executive's entire working time, attention and energies time to the business and affairs of the Company, subject to vacations and sick leave as provided herein and in accordance with Company policypolicy and as otherwise permitted herein.

Throughout the Agreement TermTerm of this Agreement, Executive shall faithfully and diligently perform Executive's duties in conformity with the directions of the Company CEO and will serve the Company to the best of Executive's ability. Executive shall devote Executive's entire working time, attention and energies to the business and affairs of the Company, subject to vacations and sick leave as provided herein and in accordance with Company Company's policy.

In his capacity as Executive Vice President, subject to vacations Corporate Services, Executive shall have such duties and sick leave responsibilities as provided herein and in accordance with he may be assigned by the Chief Executive Officer of the Company policyand/or the President of the Company.

Throughout the Agreement TermTerm of this Agreement, Executive shall faithfully and diligently perform Executive's duties in conformity with the reasonable directions of the Company CEO and in conformity with the terms and conditions hereof and will serve the Company to the best of Executive's ability. Executive shall devote Executive's entire working time, attention and energies to the business and affairs of the Company, subject to vacations and sick leave as provided herein and in accordance with Company Company's policy.

Performance of Duties. In his capacity as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, subject to vacations Executive shall have such duties and sick leave responsibilities as provided herein are customary for Executive's position and in accordance any other duties or responsibilities consistent with Company policyhis position he may be assigned by the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

Throughout the Agreement TermDuring his employment, Executive shall faithfully and diligently perform Executive's ’s duties in conformity with the directions of the Company President and Chief Executive Officer and serve the Company to the best of Executive's ’s ability. Executive shall devote Executive's entire working time, attention his full business time and energies best efforts to the business and affairs of the Company, subject to vacations Company (except for vacation periods and sick leave as provided herein and in accordance with Company policyperiods of illness or incapacity).

Performance of Duties. Throughout the Agreement Termterm of his employment, and excluding any periods of vacation and sick leave to which Executive is entitled pursuant to the policies of the Company, Executive shall devote his full business time services to the Company and faithfully and diligently perform Executive's his duties in conformity with the directions lawful direction of the Company and serve the Company to the best of Executive's ability. Chief Executive shall devote Executive's entire working time, attention and energies to the business and affairs of the Company, subject to vacations and sick leave as provided herein and in accordance with Company policyOfficer.

Performance of Duties. Throughout the Agreement Term, Executive shall faithfully and diligently perform Executive's duties in conformity and responsibilities during the Company's normal business hours and at all other times reasonably necessary to comply with the directions terms and conditions of the Company and serve the Company to the best of Executive's abilitythis Agreement. Executive currently serves on the board of a company and performs consulting services for certain other companies. It is agreed by the parties that Executive may continue to provide such other services provided that such other services do not unreasonably interfere with the business and affairs performance of the Company, subject to vacations and sick leave as provided herein and in accordance with Company policyExecutive's duties hereunder.

Executive shall devote Executive's ’s entire working time, attention and energies time to the business and affairs of the Company, subject to vacations and sick leave as provided herein and in accordance with Company policypolicy and as otherwise permitted herein and will not engage in any other employment, occupation or consulting for any direct or indirect remuneration, nor engage in any other activities that conflict with his obligations to the Company without the prior written approval of the Board.

Performance of Duties. Throughout the Agreement Term, Executive shall faithfully and diligently perform Executive's duties in conformity with the directions of the Company and serve the Company to the best of Executive's ability. Executive shall devote Executive's entire working time, attention and energies to the business and affairs of the Company, subject to vacations three weeks' vacation per year and personal and sick leave as provided herein and in accordance with Company policy. Executive shall have the title set forth in Section 2(a) hereof and shall report to such person as is determined by the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

Throughout the Agreement Term, Executive shall faithfully and diligently perform Executive's duties in conformity with the directions of the Company and serve the Company to the best of Executive's ability. Executive shall devote Executive's entire 2 working time, attention and energies to the business and affairs of the Company, subject to vacations and sick leave as provided herein and in accordance with Company policy.

Throughout the Agreement Term, Executive shall faithfully and diligently perform Executive's duties in conformity with the directions of the Company and serve the Company to the best of Executive's ability. Executive shall devote Executive's entire working time, attention and energies to the business and affairs of the Company, subject to vacations and sick leave as provided herein and in accordance with Company policy.. Executive shall be responsible for such duties as may be assigned by the Company from time to time, subject which duties may include duties related to vacations and sick leave as provided herein and in accordance with Company policythe business of the Company’s parents or affiliates without additional compensation therefor.

Throughout the Agreement Term, The Executive shall faithfully and diligently perform Executive's duties in conformity with the directions of the Company and serve the Company faithfully and to the best of Executive's abilityhis ability and devote business time, attention, skill and effort to the performance of the duties described in this Agreement. The Executive shall devote comply with all policies, procedures and budgets established by the Company in the performance of his duties and responsibilities. During the period of his Employment, the Executive's entire working time, attention and energies to the business and affairs of the Company, subject to vacations and sick leave as provided herein and in accordance with Company policy.:

Throughout the Agreement Term, Executive shall faithfully and diligently perform Executive's ’s duties in conformity with the directions of the Company Board and serve the Company to the best of Executive's ’s ability. Executive shall devote Executive's ’s entire working time, attention and energies time to the business and affairs of the Company, subject to vacations and sick leave as provided herein and in accordance with Company policypolicy and as otherwise permitted herein.

Performance of Duties. Throughout the Agreement Term, Executive shall faithfully and diligently perform Executive's duties in conformity with the directions of the Company and serve the Company to the best of Executive's ability. Executive shall devote Executive's entire working time, attention and energies to the business and affairs of the CompanyCom­pany, subject to vacations and sick leave as provided herein and in accordance with Company policy.

Throughout the Agreement Term, Executive shall faithfully and diligently perform Executive's duties in conformity with the directions of the Company CEO and serve the Company to the best of Executive's ability. Executive shall devote Executive's entire working time, attention and energies time to the business and affairs of the Company, subject to vacations and sick leave as provided herein and in accordance with Company policypolicy and as otherwise permitted herein.

Performance of Duties. Throughout the Agreement Term, Executive shall faithfully and diligently perform Executive's duties in conformity with the directions of the Company and serve the Company to the best of Executive's ability. Executive shall devote Executive's entire working time, attention and energies to the business and affairs of the Company, subject to vacations five (5) weeks' vacation per year and personal and sick leave as provided herein and in accordance with Company policypolicies as they may exist from time to time. Executive shall have the title set forth in Section 2(a) hereof and shall report to the President of the Company.

Performance of Duties. Throughout During the Agreement Term, Executive shall agrees to perform Executive’s duties and obligations well and faithfully and diligently perform to the utmost of Executive's duties in conformity with ’s ability, and Executive agrees to devote full business time, attention, skill, and effort to the directions performance of the Company duties and serve responsibilities the Company may assign from time to the best of Executive's abilitytime. Executive shall devote Executive's entire working timewill also comply with all Company rules, attention regulations and energies to the business and affairs of the Company, subject to vacations and sick leave as provided herein and in accordance with Company policypolicies.
