Section O - Learning and Development 83 Commitment to a Performance Culture 83.1 The parties are committed to developing a performance culture that promotes an ethical working environment that is respected by supervisor/managers and employees. This commitment recognises and rewards employees for the employees’ contribution towards the achievement of the Agency's objectives but does not permit the inclusion of performance pay.
