Penalty Meal Hours. Where an Employee works from an off watch period into an on watch period he shall be given one half hour in which to eat immediately following completion of the work. Where an Employee does not receive one-half hour in which to eat, he shall be credited with an additional one half hour at the overtime rate as a penalty thereof. Where an Employee works from an on watch period into an off watch period, he shall be given' one-half hour in which to eat immediately following the on watch period. Where an Employee does not receive one-half hour in which to eat, he shall be credited with an additional one-half hour at the overtime rate as a penalty thereof and his time shall be continuous.
