Common use of Peaceful Surrender Clause in Contracts

Peaceful Surrender. At the end of the Term, the Tenant shall immediately peaceably surrender and yield up to the Landlord the Premises, its appurtenances, and all fixtures, improvements, and modifications, in a state of cleanliness and good repair, order and condition, without notice from the Landlord and deliver to the Landlord all keys to the Premises in the possession of the Tenant.

Peaceful Surrender. At The Tenant shall, at the end expiration or sooner determination of the Term, the Tenant shall immediately peaceably forthwith peacefully surrender and yield up to unto the Landlord the Premises, Premises and its appurtenances, and together with all fixtures, improvements, and modificationsfixtures or improvements which at any time during the Term shall be made therein or thereon, in a the state of cleanliness and good repair, order and conditionrepair required to be maintained by the Tenant hereunder, without notice from the Landlord Landlord; and shall deliver to the Landlord all keys to the Premises which the Tenant has in the possession of the Tenantits possession.
