Peaceful Surrender. The Tenant shall, at the expiration or sooner ------------------ determination of the Term, peaceably surrender and yield up unto the Landlord the Leased Premises and deliver to the Landlord all keys to the Leased Premises which the Tenant and its servants have in their possession.
