PDOCC Representatives. Official representatives of PDOCC shall be allowed time off on County time for meetings during regular working hours when formally meeting and conferring in good faith or consulting with the Labor Relations Manager or other management representatives on matters within the scope of representation, provided that the number of such representatives shall not exceed two (2) without prior approval of the Labor Relations Manager, and that advance arrangements for the time away from the work station or assignment are made with the appointing authority or designee.
