Common use of Payroll Time Sheets Clause in Contracts

Payroll Time Sheets. Employees shall record their actual starting times and quitting times on a payroll time sheet. Payroll time sheets will be signed by the employee. The Employer shall provide a copy to the Union upon written request by the Union. There will be only one (1) payroll time sheet. The Employer retains the right, however, to maintain other sign-in and sign-out procedures for other purposes supporting internal policy.

Any employee who fails to record all time worked each shift may be subject to discipline.
