Common use of Payoff Clause in Contracts

Payoff. 11 After one year of County employment, unused accrued earned vacation 12 time shall be paid to the employee at his or her regular rate of pay at the time of 13 separation for service.

Payoff. 11 12 After one year of County employment, unused accrued earned vacation 12 13 time shall be paid to the employee at his or her their regular rate of pay at the time of 13 separation for 14 service.
