Payments to the Trustee. The Lessee hereby acknowledges, and the Lessor hereby directs, that all payments of Fixed Rent, Additional Rent and other sums due to the Lessor hereunder shall be made to the Lessor, to the account specified for the Trustee in Schedule I to the Participation Agreement.
