Payments to the Trustee. Any amounts paid to the Trustee pursuant to Section 8.01 hereof or pursuant to Section 9.01 of the Depositor Sale Agreement, Section 4.02 of the Administration Agreement or Section 4.02 of the Servicing Agreement shall be deemed not to be a part of the Trust Estate immediately after such payment.
