Common use of Payments to the Trustee Clause in Contracts

Payments to the Trustee. Any amounts paid to the Trustee pursuant to this Article VIII shall be deemed not to be a part of the Trust Estate immediately after such payment. The Trustee shall also be entitled to interest on all advances at a rate equal to: (a) the rate publicly announced by The Bank of New York, as its prime rate from time to time plus (b) 3.5%.
