Payments to the Owner. Any amounts to be distributed hereunder by the Mortgagee to the Owner shall be paid to the Owner (within the time limits contemplated by Section 2.03) by wire transfer of funds of the type received by the Mortgagee at such office and to such account or accounts of such entity or entities as shall be designated by notice from the Owner to the Mortgagee from time to time.
