Payments to the Facility Agent. (a) On each date on which an Obligor or a Lender is required to make a payment under a Finance Document, that Obligor or Lender shall make the same available to the Facility Agent (unless a contrary indication appears in a Finance Document) for value on the due date at the time and in such funds specified by the Facility Agent as being customary at the time for settlement of transactions in the relevant currency in the place of payment.
Payments to the Facility Agent. 30.1.1 On each date on which an Obligor or a Lender is required to make a payment under a Finance Document, that Obligor or Lender shall make the same available to the Facility Agent (unless a contrary indication appears in a Finance Document) in Rand for value by no later than 12h00 (Johannesburg time) on the due date and in such funds specified by the Facility Agent.
Payments to the Facility Agent. (a) On each date on which the Borrower or a Lender is required to make a payment under a Finance Document, the Borrower or Lender shall make the same available to the Facility Agent (unless a contrary indication appears in a Finance Document) for value on the due date at the time and in such funds specified by the Facility Agent as being customary at the time for settlement of transactions in the relevant currency in the place of payment.
Payments to the Facility Agent. (a) On each date on which a Party is required to make a payment to the Facility Agent under a Finance Document, that Party must make the payment available to the Facility Agent (unless a contrary indication appears in a Finance Document) for value on the due date at the time and in such funds specified by the Facility Agent to the Party concerned as being customary at the time for settlement of transactions in the relevant currency in the place of payment.
Payments to the Facility Agent. Clause 13.1 (Payments to the Facility Agent) shall be construed so that, in relation to the payment of any amount of euro units or national currency units, such amounts shall be made available to the Facility Agent in immediately available, freely transferable, cleared funds so such account with such bank in Frankfurt (or such other principal financial centre in such participating member state as the Facility Agent may from time to time nominate for this purpose).
Payments to the Facility Agent. Unless expressly provided otherwise by the given Agreement, on every date when any Obligator or a Finance Party under the terms of a Financial Document are obliged to make any payment in favor of any Party, such Obligator or Lender shall transfer the corresponding amount to the Facility Agent Account (unless otherwise provided in the context of the Financial Document) using the currency exchange rate as of the date of the established payment day. All payments made by the Obligator under this Agreement must be transferred to the Facility Agent’s Account no later than 5 p.m. The Obligator’s payments received on the Facility Agent’s Account later than the specified time, are deemed to have been received on the next Business Day.
Payments to the Facility Agent. (a) On each date on which this Agreement requires an amount to be paid by the Borrower or a Lender and the Borrower or, as the case may be, such Lender shall make the same available to the Facility Agent for value on the due date at such time and in such funds and to such account with such bank as the Facility Agent shall specify from time to time.
Payments to the Facility Agent. (a) On each date on which the Borrower or a Lender is required to make a payment under a Finance Document, the Borrower or that Lender shall make the same available to the Facility Agent (unless a contrary indication appears in a Finance Document) for value on the due date at the time and in such funds specified by the Facility Agent as being customary at the time for settlement of transactions in the relevant currency in the place of payment and only in the case of a Lender, it shall provide a copy of the MT199 from the relevant remitting bank as evidence of such payment to the Facility Agent.
Payments to the Facility Agent. (a) On each date on which an Obligor or a Lender (or, if applicable, the Special Rate Agent or a Special Rate Provider) is required to make a payment under a Finance Document, that Obligor (subject to Clause 27.10 (Payments to the Security Agent and the Joint & Several Creditor) or Lender or, if applicable, the Special Rate Agent or a Special Rate Provider) shall make the same available to the Facility Agent or, if (or, if applicable, to the Special Rate Agent) (unless a contrary indication appears in a Finance Document) for value on the due date at the time and in such funds specified by the Facility Agent (or, if applicable, the Special Rate Agent) as being customary at the time for settlement of transactions in the relevant currency in the place of payment.
Payments to the Facility Agent. Clause 8.2 (Payments by the Banks or Obligors) shall be construed so that, in relation to the payment of any sum denominated in the Euro or in a national currency unit, such sum shall be made available to the Facility Agent by payment in the Euro Unit or, as the case may be, such national currency unit and in immediately available, freely transferable, cleared funds to the account notified by it under clause 8.2(a)(ii).
